[DEOC] Bias Response

Good Afternoon Everyone,

Here is what we are using to function as a Bias Response Team.

Members of this Team include: VP HR, VP SS, VP Instruction, Exec Dir Marketing, Conduct Officer, Campus Safety Officer, Student Life Coordinator, Faculty member, DEI Coordinator and myself as Chair....

We create an annual work plan, establish a charter that governs our work and the scope thereof and use the matrix as a tool to determine how we will respond to an incident.
