We’re putting a lot of information in this one email so it's easier to refer back to. 🙂

Current Aid Year ISIR Jobset can be turned back on to run tonight
Please refer to the “Reschedule JobSets” and “Reschedule Recurring Jobs and Processes” sections in the Process Take-Down Instructions QRG<http://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/81602/l/1468473-process-take-down-instructions>.
Once you have reset the ISIR JobSet, confirm that the recurrence remains by exiting the page and going back into Schedule JobSet Definitions. For your scheduled ISIR JobSets, be sure to continue to use the scheduled times you have been assigned by the FA
Please continue to monitor your scheduled JobSets, jobs, and processes to ensure that they remain on the expected recurrence, as well as monitor for processing errors.
FYI The jiggle we did for CTCFABUD efficiency was adding FAPBDGTD back onto the end of CTCFABUD. We received reports that there is a one-day delay in being able to manually modify some students’ budgets and we found even after a budget is successfully assigned, PS keeps them in the staging table so the Stdnt Bdgt Assign – Delete process should placed back at the end of CTCFABUD.

FTI Security changes
With the 2024-2025 PRP came new records with FTI data. We’ve institutionally-secured the records into views and placed the views under a new query permission role:
ZD_DS_QRY_FA_FTI_HIGH_SENS

This role will be needed to access any queries that will be tied to records with FTI in them.
Please make sure this role gets added to those who are running ISIR jobsets by Tuesday (June 11th) afternoon since the waive transcript queries are tied to the new FTI records. The modification to ISIR checklist queries is scheduled to go into production on Tuesday night (June 11th).
2024-2025 ISIR Jobset
Please see the attached ISIR Jobset Guide! There are updated information about the new FTI security role as well as spreadsheets of all the ISIR checklist queries listing which ones were modified, which ones will no longer be used and which ones are new. 😊 The modifications to existing ISIR checklist queries as well as the brand new ISIR checklist queries are scheduled to go in on Tuesday night (June 11th).

2024-2025 AYRO Pages to go back to
Please review the attached AYRO Pages to Go Back to 2025 guide and make required changes in the system starting from next week

We’ve also attached the 2024-2025 Global Equation Engines guide and 2024-2025 Award Notifications guide for you to review and use next week!

Last but not least, even though we have not created a process tied to the WS pages yet, the role to see the pages is available: ZZ FA FWS Prcs. Please add that role on any staff that will need access to the four FWS pages. 😊
