Attached is the edited version. Arlen, you have the Congress contact info and can Julie make sure the formatting is correct. Then, Rep. Paul you had offered to put this on House letterhead and secure signatures. Have I missed a step?
Thinking then a version for Senators Murray and Cantwell over Jan's signature on SBCTC letterhead?

Hi Scott and Arlen,
Thanks again for working on this. A colleague at SVC raised the concern that the declared national emergency could end on, say, Jan. 1, 2021, and our veteran students would still be in a bind because colleges would be slow to adapt to the new rules. At SVC, we would not be able to covert Winter quarter classes to face-to-face at that late date.
I've made a suggested change on the letter to better ensure that the sunset date would be at least June 30, 2021 or until the national emergency is over, whichever date is later.
Let me know what you think-I'm happy to chat over the phone or Zoom if that is useful.
