<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">Thanks again for working on this. A colleague at SVC raised the concern that the declared national emergency could end on, say, Jan. 1, 2021, and our veteran students would still be in a bind because colleges
would be slow to adapt to the new rules. At SVC, we would not be able to covert Winter quarter classes to face-to-face at that late date.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">I’ve made a suggested change on the letter to better ensure that the sunset date would be at least June 30, 2021 or until the national emergency is over, whichever date is later.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
