Subject: Go-Live dates and groupings set for DG5 colleges



Good morning, PMs/OCMs, executive sponsors and governance groups,



During yesterday’s ctcLink Steering Committee, the committee approved the college groupings for Deployment Group 5 go-live weekends.



To accommodate the eight colleges, DG5 will convert to ctcLink over three weekends. The committee had previously approved the dates of the three go-live weekends. Yesterday, they approved the college groupings for each weekend as agreed upon by DG5 college ctcLink leadership.

Group A – October 11, 2021

Grays Harbor College, Green River College, Skagit Valley College



Group B – October 25, 2021

Bellingham Technical College, Big Bend Community College and Whatcom Community College



Group C – November 8, 2021

Bellevue College, Everett Community College
