[ctcLinkfinaidsupport] Updates on CBS and SWS equation engines and process for mass removing EA indicators

Good morning, FA!! 😊



There are a few items we’d like to address:



  1.  The issue with the CBS enrollment-based awarding equation engines was identified and resolved earlier this week so you may have already noticed they are no longer inflating to the annual amount for each term. They should be awarding one term amounts for each term and prorated accordingly as expected.



  1.  The issue with the SWS prior enrollment selection equation engine has been identified and resolved this morning. There are only two colleges using the SWS prior enrollment equation engine but we wanted to let everyone know the issue has been resolved.



  1.  Attached are instructions for mass removing the EA indicator on students for those colleges that awarded students aid using the EA checkbox until the 2024-2025 image was in production.
