Are you saying that the link is landing at the right place for real students? Is the link different for different types of accounts?

Good morning all,
Please note that so far this looks to only be impacting the test accounts and not actual students. We have not had any reports of this being an issue with real students. As Megan stated she already has entered a ticket and we are working on the issue so we do not need any additional tickets reporting the same issue.

Hey Megan—
Hadn’t heard any reports, but I just tried to replicate that (and so did someone else here) and we got the same thing. Looks like the link is going to Account Balance, not Make a Payment, and it gets there if you do it on desktop, but not on actual mobile. Tried on Safari and Chrome on iOS, same issue. We’re putting in a ticket. (We may steal your video because we get the same thing.). Thanks for the heads up!

Greetings ctcLink folks!
Has anyone heard about students not being able to make a payment in HCX using a mobile device? I'm having issues using a fake student in Chrome, Safari, and through the mobile app on my iPhone. I submitted a ticket about it but am not sure if this is happening for real students.
