<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Hadn’t heard any reports, but I just tried to replicate that (and so did someone else here) and we got the same thing. Looks like the link is going to Account Balance, not Make a Payment, and it gets there
if you do it on desktop, but not on actual mobile. Tried on Safari and Chrome on iOS, same issue. We’re putting in a ticket. (We may steal your video because we get the same thing.). Thanks for the heads up!<o:p></o:p></span></p>
