Additionally, here is the follow-up from a parking lot question:

Q.  From Brian Isbell (LCC):  Can we bring back the Mass Cancellation Business Processing Guide that was removed from the ctcLink Reference Center?  (Context:  The manual cancelling of unused Pell is very time consuming)


  1.  FA Support:  Colleges, please discuss this request with FAST to be added to the FAST Maintenance list (Context:  At this time, the query from the guide CTC_FA_CANCEL_ALL_AID_AWARDS includes a term prompt but does not cancel aid for that term only or aid that has a term disbursed in the AY.  It only cancels aid that has been unused for the entire aid year, with no disbursed aid in the AY.)
