[ctcLinkfinaidsupport] Updated CTC_FA_THIRD_PARTY_PYMNTS

Hello FA!



We wanted to let you know that updates to CTC_FA_THIRD_PARTY_PYMNTS was moved to production this evening . The query will look and work a little different. ☺️


History

There are four third-party queries and unfortunately none of them are accurately pulling for all 33 colleges.

Joshua Temple at SCC and I have been working on trying to get the original third-party query (CTC_FA_THIRD_PARTY_PYMNTS) modified so that it is global (i.e. optional prompts so the user can select whether to pick up only students with FAFSA or pick up only payments, etc.). I’ve talked with the SF Team and they also recommended that we pick up item-types that start with 75.

The FEPRA Block field needed to be added so some columns have moved further right in the results.


We hope CTC_FA_THIRD_PARTY_PYMNTS finally meets the needs of all colleges. 😊 The other three third-party queries will be placed in the Archive folder.
