This calendar invite is for a Financial Aid Training on Intermediate Pell Processing - Pell Troubleshooting held on Tuesday February 13th, 2024, from 9AM - 11:00AM.  This Fin Aid Training Session is a deeper dive into working Pell reports and COD rejects.

Objectives:


  *   Understand best practices to ensure smooth processing in ctcLink to COD
  *   Understand how to read and work the Pell Reports
     *   Pell Records by Transaction Status
     *   Pell Records by Status
     *   Pell Origination Validation Report
     *   Pell Disbursement Validation Report
     *   Pell Disbursement Status Report
  *   Understand how to perform Pell troubleshooting using various pages in ctcLink
     *   View COD Data page
     *   Manage Pell Payment page
Audience:  Staff responsible for managing Pell payment
This session will be recorded.  The presentation slide deck will be attached to this invite prior to the session delivery.
