Jamie and Julie,

Attached please find updated model Title IX investigation procedures and employee and student disciplinary procedures that comply with the 2020 Title IX rules for distribution to WSSSC and HRMC members. If there is a commission or group sponsored by the SBCTC that is comprised of Title IX officers, we would ask that you forward these model procedures to them as well.

If there are questions about the model language or implementation, Tricia Boerger and I are available.  Colleges should also consider reaching out to their assigned AAGs, as well.
