Join NACEP professionals, from accredited programs, for an in-depth workshop focusing on NACEP’s national standards designed to enhance the quality of concurrent enrollment programs. Hosted by Everett Community College in Everett, Washington.

Learn, engage, and connect as we welcome practitioners and their program partners, regardless of accreditation status, to learn more about NACEP and the quality behind our standards. These events will guide those programs seeking re-accreditation in the upcoming 2024-2025 cycle and beyond while educating institutions looking to implement a dual or concurrent enrollment program or simply seeking additional information.

Programs applying for accreditation or reaccreditation must complete an Accreditation Institute 12-18 months prior to submitting the Letter of Intent. WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
We welcome practitioners and their program partners, regardless of accreditation status, to learn more about NACEP and the quality behind our standards. Those include but are not limited to

  *   College and university’s concurrent enrollment staff, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Chief Academic Officer, Provost, Dean, and/or Designee(s)
  *   College faculty and/or Faculty Liaisons that provide academic oversight for concurrent enrollment courses
  *   High school partners (superintendent, district or school-based concurrent enrollment staff/liaison, high school principal, CE instructions, and/or designee(s)
  *   Any professional interested in learning about NACEP standards

LEARNING OUTCOMES FOR THE CONCURRENT ENROLLMENT PROGRAM ENDORSEMENT (CEP):

At the conclusion of this Accreditation Institute, participants will:

  *   Understand the purpose of NACEP as an organization
  *   Recognize the difference between concurrent enrollment and college-provided faculty endorsements
  *   Understand the peer review process

  1.  Be familiar with:

  *   The accreditation application process
  *   The review timeline
  *   Understand NACEP CEP Standards (Revised March 2020)
  *   Demonstrate knowledge of the required evidence for each Standard
  *   Have developed a greater understanding of the range of CEP practices
  *   Have increased knowledge of NACEP resources
