[Wsssc] In-person commencement

Hello everyone,

Our college made the decision in January to have a drive-thru
commencement this spring (like we did last spring). It was a huge success
and students liked being in their cars with their families and friends.
Because we needed to decide early (we had a deadline to cancel our
in-person venue) we opted for another drive-thru commencement this spring.
We hope to go back to an in person commencement next spring (fingers
crossed).
