[Wsssc] Template for MOUs with Community-based Organizations

WSSSC: several of you requested a template or sample MOU for use with community-based organizations as you contract with them with your $80,000 allocations for financial aid outreach. Attached is a sample that we developed in consultation with our Aim Higher Washington training steering group. I hope you find it helpful. One suggested next step is to run this by your contracts staff to see what contract language might needed to be added to it. I have also re-attached the guidance document we provided to you last month for this allocation.
