Thank you for your submissions of the Campus Climate Assessments (CCAs) for your colleges! If you have not already done so, please send your completed reports directly to edi at sbctc.edu<mailto:edi at sbctc.edu> and reach out to Summer Kenesson, skenesson at sbctc.edu<mailto:skenesson at sbctc.edu> should you have any questions.

As a reminder, your CCA progress report/findings, DEI glossary of terms, and DEI training frameworks must be posted publicly on your college website. We are in the process of reviewing your CCA submissions and you can expect the following actions:

  *   Each college will receive individualized feedback by the end of Fall Quarter 2022
  *   We will be distributing a system-level summary of findings by the end of Winter Quarter 2023.

Lastly, we are looking forward to receiving your DEI Strategic Plan submissions by July 30, 2022! Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need additional support on this item.

This is a friendly [two (2) week] reminder to submit your DEI Strategic Plans via direct email to the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Office at edi at sbctc.edu<mailto:edi at sbctc.edu> by July 29, 2022. These plans should be submitted by the college president or other designated authority.
