Hello Carli, Joe, and Ha;

We need volunteers for some WACTC charges related to capital.

The three charges are described in an attachment to this email.

Ha, I completed the online DEOC representation request.

Who do we need?

We will create a task force for each of the three charges.
BAC and IC were asked to have representatives on all three charges. DEO and SS representatives are needed on two of the charges.
One or two volunteers from each commission for each charge will work.
It would also be fine if someone wanted to work on more than one charge.

When do we need them?

Volunteers are needed by the end of April.
All meetings will be on zoom.
Each task force will develop a plan to complete its work by February 2023.
