[Wsssc] MSSDC Council Liaison

Good morning all, I hope you are having a great start to your fall quarter!

Thanks to everyone we have been able to fill all workgroup and council positions with the exception of the MSSDC council liaison.  We understand how overextended many of us are so thought that perhaps we should approach this position differently.

We would like to appoint co-liaisons, two WSSSCer's who can share the responsibility but also support one another in this role.  This is not novel as we did this some years back with CESC.

If this is of interest and/or you have questions, please let me know.
