Subject: 30 Day change notification

Hello Financial Aid Partners,

Over the past few months, we have noticed significant position changes at institutions for presidents and/or financial aid directors. I just want to remind you that WSAC must be notified within 30 days that a substantive change has been made to any information provided on the Program Participation Agreement (PPA). I have pasted the relevant Article II provisions which was part of the 2018-19 "long" form PPA below.

PLEASE NOTE: Subsequent to 2018-19, WSAC initiated a PPA renewal process whereby institutions would certify that required policies either have not changed and meet WSAC guidance or they have submitted changed policies for review.

In addition to notifying WSAC of any substantive changes, in the event that a financial aid director leaves the institution for whatever reason, the president of the institution must notify, in writing (email is acceptable), WSAC SFA within 30 days who will be responsible for the administration of State financial aid programs. Once WSAC SFA has been notified, that individual will be added as the Admin for the institution's Portal management.

ARTICLE II - GENERAL TERMS AND PROGRAM PROVISIONS
1.        All obligations of the Institution and WSAC shall be subject to and governed by the terms of this Agreement and the provisions of each program, as applicable.  These provisions are outlined in each program's statute, rules and guidance.

2.        The Institution will notify WSAC within 30 days of any change to information reported in or required by this Agreement.

3.        The Institution acknowledges that, in the event funding from state or federal sources is withdrawn, reduced, or limited in any way, WSAC may reduce the amount of funds reserved for students at the Institution.
