  *   I attached the PPT from the Dec. 3 meeting, and noted on the slide where we ended the discussion since time ran out.
  *   You received and shared the FA Q&A document prior to the meeting, but I've attached it here as well so everything is in one place.
  *   Below are links to ctcLink resources on the SBCTC website. This includes a new page about the Higher Education Users Group (HEUG), as requested during the meeting.
  *   Note to SBCTC/ctcLink folks: A next step is to confirm what time the SBCTC Financial Aid staff and others would like to be on the Jan. 19 FAC agenda. They start at 9:00 a.m., so Ruby would like to know when in the 9:00-Noon timeframe works for us. (And, how much time you might need - 60 minutes? 90 minutes? More?)
