[Wsssc] Revised Bill Watch for Student Services

WSSSC: here is an updated Bill Watch, attached. HB 1368 extending COVID relief to undocumented students is moving fast, has passed both chambers. HB 1468 creates a pilot program to implement counseling best practices. There is now a substitute bill that lowers the bar on requiring partnerships with community providers, and adds an emphasis on campus-based practices. SB 5194 has a section creating the pilot program as well, and contains other sections that we remain concerned about, even in the Substitute Bill. Let me know if you have questions or concerns about any of the bills in the document.
