[Wsssc] Conference update

Good afternoon,
We have reached an agreement with Hotel Murano to roll our contract over to next year. We will be issuing refunds to everyone who paid with no cancellation fee from event bright.

Dave is reviewing the contract and should have it signed by the end of the next week. Joe, someone from state board will have to sign the contract.

The tentative date for the conference is May 3-6. It is currently being held and will be official when we sign the contract. It has changed to Tuesday-Thursday which was not ideal but the only option.
