[Wsssc] Conference update

We are still working on those kind of details. It will likely take a few weeks until we have worked out all of the details and have a concrete plan. As with all of the things COVID-19 related, this situation is changing by the hour.

I will keep you all up-to-date but I am unable to share all options since I am working with the AAG's office. If you have questions it would probably be best to call me and we can have a discussion on the phone.

I understand everyone, myself included, is anxious about the new potential conference dates and the possible refund on their registration fees. I promise to share information as soon as we determine a clear course of action. I appreciate everyone's patience!

Hello Members,

WSSSC Exec, Rob, and Jennifer are actively working through options related to the conference. The conference will not be taking place as scheduled and we are looking at options to move it. We will share more detailed information as soon as we have it. Registrants will receive a message letting them know as well. Rob has taken a lead with our contacts at Hotel Murano and is in active conversation with them this week. Thank you for your patience as we determine plans.
