[Wsssc] Model expressive speech policy from AAG Dave Stolier + bias response teams

Good afternoon,

This is a follow up to the July 8 webinar on First Amendment rights with Sr. Assistant Attorney General Dave Stolier. Dave sent us the attached model expressive speech policy today. He is still working on the model social media policy. As you can imagine, he is being pulled in many directions these days.

I've also attached the sample messages sent to you last week.
