Thank you for starting this conversation, Heidi. I am also interested to hear what people's experiences with these platforms have been as we (at Shoreline Community College) have been contacted be their sale's teams multiple times.
Some of the concerns my team and I have had:
* Is this a possible contract violation (hiring non-faculty to do faculty work)
* Is there a better way to use these funds (i.e. hire more Counseling Center counselors)
* Counselors on these platforms would not have the same level of experience and connections with other resources/departments on campus
* We vet our counselors thoroughly - what kind of vetting/oversight do these platforms offer?
* Our students prefer in-person appointments (75%)
* Is this a slippery slope - campuses potentially relying on these services and eliminating Counseling Centers to cut costs
* Crisis lines and urgent care resources are available after hours
We would be interested to hear about any college's experiences with these platforms and thoughts about the points listed above.

Hello Colleagues,
I am interested in knowing if any of your institutions are currently using a mental health online platform to enhance your counseling services. YVC is currently looking into the value of such digital programs and which levels of care seem to be the most useful. We are currently exploring services and comparing costs of a few different platforms, including Mantra Health and Timely Care.
Looking forward to hearing what your institutions are finding with the growing number of mental health contacts on campus. Please share any pro's and con's or other insight you may have in regards to such resources.
Thank you,
