[Wactclc-primo] Primo "place a request" not showing for some users?

Jennifer,

If I run the embedded librarianship title through the fulfillment configuration utility using my account, the item comes up as not requestable for me.

You can adjust that term of use, or adjust the rule applying the TOU to the transaction, to address any user/item combinations not currently allowing requests that should be.

Just use the Fulfillment Configuration Utility to identify the TOU in use.

Unless you see browser behavior differences on the exact same title / user combo, I wouldn’t expect any differences in browser behavior.

Are some users able to request a book that other users can't? The reason I ask is maybe the item itself is set to a location or policy that makes it non-requestable.

We have settings in place to allow ALL user groups to place requests on items:

  *   Most users ARE able to see the “place a request” button and ARE able to successfully place a request, except that a few users are not successful
  *   Most users ARE able to place a request in Chrome, though some users who can place a request in Chrome suddenly can’t see the “place a request” button in MS Edge (and yet Edge works ok for other users)
