I missed a couple of Resource Sharing-related settings in your Alma config, that I should have addressed the first time through.

The "ILL Request" option you have in the main Primo VE menu now shows the Alma resource sharing request form as expected.

And, to have the Alma resource sharing request form display instead of your Google form, for resource sharing links within brief search results (for titles not held locally), disable the existing GES where the link to the Google form is defined.

Thanks, Wade! That makes sense. I still can't view the form, though.

The general electronic service link for our Google form was there and working already- not sure if you meant that one.
The blank ILL form link from the expanded navbar menu still prompts that error message, at least for me and our Alma Shoreline account.
I don't have it configured to display anywhere else.
Are you actually able to view the form?

I took a look, and the issue was that there wasn't a resource sharing partner defined in Alma. The resource sharing link won't appear if at least one partner isn't defined, even if you're not doing any integrated ILL workflows.



I added a resource sharing partner to your Alma, and the resource sharing link shows up in your Primo now.

Hi All,



I want to test out the Primo resource sharing request/blank ILL form, but I can't get it to display.

We don't have any Display Logic rules that should be hiding it, and I've enabled it in the  Advanced Policy Configuration table, but I'm getting a message:



This form cannot be displayed

This form may be restricted to specific user groups only.

Please contact the library for assistance.



Do I need to do something more to enable resource sharing in the TOU, or another place in Alma?

I'm not seeing anything about this part in the documentation.
