[Wactclc-primo] Confusion about authority control in Primo

Like Highline, we at Edmonds started to notice cross-reference headings
being displayed in the details view in Primo in early June.  To fix the
display problem, we also chose to disable the Headings Enrichment feature.

I spot checked some of Green River's new titles and did not see any
cross-referenced headings displaying.  So, perhaps Ex-Libris has fixed the
bug?
