As with the authentication problem at BTC a couple of weeks ago, this is much more likely to be a local issue than any issue on the Ex Libris side.

Hi Folks,

Our students are unable to log into their OneSearch accounts using their network credentials. All staff are able to log in successfully. Has anyone else been having this issue? I thought I would check here first, before submitting a support case.
