[Wactclc-primo] Primo Reports - Help

I had the exact same problem and I put in a ticket. The response was that I wasn't accessing the reports from the correct URL. The URL redirects and I had bookmarked the redirected URL rather than the originating one.

This is our link that works:
http://wactc-primo.hosted.exlibrisgroup.com:1601/primo_publishing/admin/acegilogin.jsp

It was redirecting to:
http://wactc-primo.hosted.exlibrisgroup.com:1601/primo_publishing/admin/action/menus.do

In some of my email messages, I also have the URL for:
http://bellevue-primo.hosted.exlibrisgroup.com:1601/primo_publishing/admin/acegilogin.jsp
but this gives the error message you are describing.

Traci,

We are having the same problem but it's been a low priority while we deal with other issues.  We had a similar problem just getting to the Primo BO back in Spring, it had something to do with a network security setting and the colon in the web address.  I think our IT folks had to set up an exception for us.

Hi all,

I am trying to run a report in Primo for the number of searches for the last fiscal year, July 1, 2015-June 30, 2016.  When I try to run any of the reports, I get the following error message (see screenshots below).

Is there a configuration change that I need to make?
