[LIBRARYDIR] [EXTERNAL] donated books

Hi Claire-
Due to several donations that overwhelmed our space and staff time over the years, we look at the donation first instead of an automatic drop-off at the library. We accept donations and use evaluation criteria same as for new materials.

I know you're dying for a library deans chat on a Friday afternoon, so here is my question of the day:

Do you limit whether retired professors can donate to the library all the books in their offices from their entire career?
