[LIBRARYDIR] [EXTERNAL] - Re: curbside pickup and appointments

We are doing very limited mailing as an accommodation for people who can’t pick up or send someone else on their behalf. We’re using funds that we’d otherwise have used for supplies and copies. So far this quarter we have 2 requests for mailing.

Hi~

   WWCC does mail items--I like sending sealed items helps with quarantine.  We're perhaps odd in that we are not currently doing curbside pickup as we haven't had the demand as of yet.  We are also odd in that my institution decided NOT to invest in learning technologies--like laptops, chromebooks, hotspots, etc. to support students which certainly reduced our need to offer curbside pickup.

Our funding has come from:

 TRiO--exclusive for their students of course.

One more question – Are any of you mailing items?  If so, what is the cost and where did you get funding?   If you considered this but decided not to offer this, what were the issues?
