[LIBRARYDIR] AskWA use?

Our librarians participate each day, around lunch time. It seems to work fine, but I did notice when compiling our ACRL stats that the number virtual reference services was 875 (SFCC and SCC combined) in 17-18 down to 247 in 18-19.

Hi all,

Since QuestionPoint/AskWA was not on the LLC agenda, I'm sending this out on the listserv.  If your college is not participating, would you let me know?  We are stretched so thin that we are having trouble keeping up with our shifts.  We are beginning to think that so few of our students use it that it might not be worth our efforts to cover the shifts.
