<p class="MsoNormal">Our librarians participate each day, around lunch time. It seems to work fine, but I did notice when compiling our ACRL stats that the number virtual reference services was 875 (SFCC and SCC combined) in 17-18 down to 247 in 18-19.<o:p></o:p></p>
