Hi Stan,

We paid Ex Libris for Primo last September and the subscription is good through the end of June 2018.  I got confused about paying ExLibris directly for Primo too.   That is why it didn’t get paid until September.

I’ve got my newbie hat on today.

I see GHC pays the consortium an amount, that covers the consortium fee and Alma.  We do not purchase Primo thru the consortium.

For FY 16/17, we paid for Primo direct to Ex Libris—invoice was due in July 2016, we paid it in December 2016.  (if you don’t ask, neither will I.)

But for FY 17/18 we don’t seem to have received an invoice, nor have we made any payments that I can find.

What’s happened with others of you?  Has anyone been billed for Primo yet?  I know Tim said billing from Ex Libris was not running smoothly, but I’d just like to know what’s been happening at the end that the Consortium does not handle.
