<p class="MsoNormal">I’ve got my newbie hat on today.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I see GHC pays the consortium an amount, that covers the consortium fee and Alma. We do not purchase Primo thru the consortium.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">For FY 16/17, we paid for Primo direct to Ex Libris—invoice was due in July 2016, we paid it in December 2016. (if you don’t ask, neither will I.)</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">But for FY 17/18 we don’t seem to have received an invoice, nor have we made any payments that I can find.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">What’s happened with others of you? Has anyone been billed for Primo yet? I know Tim said billing from Ex Libris was not running smoothly, but I’d just like to know what’s been happening at the end that the Consortium does not handle.
