[LIBRARYDIR] [External] Need Stories Today before 3 pm!: BAS Library Stories Document

Our biggest issue is around the budget.  Often what we request is not what the college ultimately decides to cover.   I am sure this is not news to those on BLC.    What we also need, but haven't asked for, is additional staffing - say a portion of a librarian.

Librarians are also not included in the curriculum development process, but should be there to address information literacy and related outcomes.  Having a better understanding of the curriculum will also support collection development efforts.

I realize this was a short turn around so no one has yet to add stories to the document I placed up on the wiki.

I'm actually at the BLC meeting now. And present at 3 pm.
So to cut to the chase, if you have a story, can you email me now?

Story brief - brief analysis of problem - suggestion for solution brief
All told I'm just looking for maybe 4-6 sentences - a brief paragraph.
If I could  just get a couple of people to respond, I'd be delighted.
