[LIBRARYDIR] Need Stories Today before 3 pm!: BAS Library Stories Document

Grays Harbor has one BAS program running now and two more starting up this coming Fall. The library has not been included in budget planning for these programs, though they did think of us in setting aside some money for related resources. This was presented as a larger first-year amount and a smaller continuing amount. What we really need is the proper amount to sustain a subscription database and, as the college invests into more of these programs, money to support an additional faculty librarian position. The staffing is particularly important as these are not just additional programs but are also, by their nature, more research-intensive than our other programs.

I realize this was a short turn around so no one has yet to add stories to the document I placed up on the wiki.

I'm actually at the BLC meeting now. And present at 3 pm.
So to cut to the chase, if you have a story, can you email me now?

Story brief - brief analysis of problem - suggestion for solution brief
All told I'm just looking for maybe 4-6 sentences - a brief paragraph.
If I could  just get a couple of people to respond, I'd be delighted.
