In the fine print the legislation is intended to support "all six of Washington state's four-year institutions." And here - Now, Stambaugh is sponsoring House Bill 1768, which would help to enhance the existing OER programs by authorizing the Washington Student Achievement Council (WSAC) to award grants of $100,000 to each of the six institutions: Evergreen State College, Central Washington University, Washington State University, University of Washington, Western Washington University, and Eastern."

I would say it is relevant for the CTC libraries to be aware of and contact the legislature about the importance of including the CTCs in any legislation that supports the expansion of the OERs. This is important for ALL students enrolled in higher education in Washington state.
