existing OER programs by authorizing the Washington Student Achievement Council (WSAC) to award grants of $100,000 to each of the six institutions:
<b>Evergreen State College, Central Washington University, Washington State University, University of Washington, Western Washington University, and Eastern</b>.”<o:p></o:p></span></p>
