Sorry, Melinda, I didn't respond because we haven't gotten an invoice and I didn't think that the absence of info was helpful info.  Perhaps a negative is helpful at this time!  Perhaps you need someone at the state board to help navigate this?

Still needing clarification on this, so I thought I would post my question again. I'm hoping some kind-hearted library director out there will shed some light on this for me.

I am new to this process... I'm getting renewal notices for MSIT DreamSpark. Do I ignore these since the State Library is covering it? Should our access renew automatically? Do I need to manually renew and pay something? How does this work? Thanks for your help!
