Melinda, I did not respond because I never heard of DreamSpark before.  Tim, is it part of the Microsoft Imagine Academy?  I could not find any reference to in on the state library website.

You shouldn't get a bill unless you're getting something from them beyond what we get from the State Library.  I've never seen one here.

Still needing clarification on this, so I thought I would post my question again. I'm hoping some kind-hearted library director out there will shed some light on this for me.

I am new to this process... I'm getting renewal notices for MSIT DreamSpark. Do I ignore these since the State Library is covering it? Should our access renew automatically? Do I need to manually renew and pay something? How does this work? Thanks for your help!
