[GuidedPathways] Call for Guided Pathways Coach Nominations

> The Washington State Guided Pathways Initiative is an opportunity for Washington State Community and Technical Colleges to engage  in research-based reform designed to both improve student outcomes and eliminate equity gaps.   Guided Pathways reform is focused on redesigning the student experience and  often requires changes to culture, processes and roles within institutions.  One national best practice that is shown to support institutions  in this type of reform is coaching support.  With the goal of maximizing the impact of 
> Guided Pathways on student outcomes and equity, SBCTC is committed to providing coaching support for each institution.  This will require the recruitment, selection and training of additional coaches to support Washington reform efforts.  To that end, we invite you to nominate individuals you feel would be interested in serving as a coach for Guided Pathways work in Washington.

> If you have those you would like to nominate, please complete the form and return to my email.  I will forward an application form  and more information about the process to any individual who is nominated or is  interested being considered as a coach.  We will be seeking a wide range of skills and backgrounds and I hope you will consider nominating individuals who may have an interest.
