I wanted to flag a good article on the REAL Act<https://www.schatz.senate.gov/press-releases/schatz-lee-durbin-introduce-bipartisan-legislation-to-restore-educational-opportunities-for-those-incarcerated-and-improve-public-safety> (S. 1074<https://www.congress.gov/bill/116th-congress/senate-bill/1074>) and the building momentum for Pell restoration.
