"Estela Mara Bensimon is a Dean's Professor in Education Equity at USC Rossier School of Education and Director of the Center for Urban Education, which she founded in 1999.
With a singular focus on increasing racial equity in higher education outcomes for students of color, she developed the Equity Scorecard- a process for using inquiry to drive changes in institutional practice and culture."

We are finalizing a robust agenda so college teams will come away with practical strategies to build on the momentum of inspiring speakers, conversations and deep engagement.
This summer's sessions will offer opportunities for learning about emerging and best practices in the following areas while providing space for college team time to plan ways of engaging individuals and implementing reform efforts across your college campuses.
Beyond the main session your team will have the opportunity to participate in breakout sessions that will relate to ongoing work plans.
