Bill 5227 Work Team has a fully functional living draft to present to the Commission for review and input.
It includes DEI draft definitions, program characteristics with suggested frameworks, inclusive of program development, evaluation and curriculum as set forth in SB 5227. Full draft will be included in Commission documents for the Retreat.
