Good Afternoon FA-

It's been brought to our attention that there was a rounding error for the 027 Error WCG Exceeds Term Limit(s) amounts listed in Appendix C of the ctcLink Unit Record Report Processing Guide. This has been corrected in the SBCTC maintained global set up as well as the Unit Record Report Processing Guide for 2023-2024<https://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/92436/l/798590-9-2-unit-record-report-processing-business-process-guide> in the ctcLink Reference Center.

IMPORTANT: This change does not impact the data in your Unit Record csv file. With this change, the number of students listed with Error 027 on the URR Error Report will be reduced. To see the reduction in Error 027, please rerun the Unit Record Report process so that an updated Error Report is generated.

The 2023-2024 Unit Record layout is now available in Production!

Before generating the new URR csv file, be sure to re-map your WCGBridge item type to the correct Award Category WABridge in your Awards Config set up. Instructions can be found in the Unit Record Report Processing Guide for 2023-2024<https://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/92436/l/798590-9-2-unit-record-report-processing-business-process-guide> in the ctcLink Reference Center.

Colleges may upload their csv file to the WSAC Training Portal<https://portaltraining.wsac.wa.gov/> to address any edits prior to loading the file to the production WSAC Portal<https://portal.wsac.wa.gov/>.

Note: It is recommended that the Supplemental Special Budget Process (Updating Need Duration and Cost of Attendance) steps are done after awards have been reconciled and other edits addressed.

Thank you for attending yesterday's Unit Record co-presentation with WSAC!

College testing for the 2023-2024 Unit Record layout wrapped up yesterday and was approved for migration to Production. Thank you to SCC and Clark!

The updated layout is scheduled to migrate to Production tomorrow evening. I will follow up once I've confirmed that the migration is complete and the new layout available for use.

Good Morning FA-

The URR co-presentation with WSAC is scheduled for Tuesday, August 13th at 1:30PM.  For 2023-2024, the layout update consists of a correction to the header for the Bridge Grant program to reflect WABridge (currently WCGBridge). While this update is not yet available in Production, you can run the URR process to generate the supplemental reports used to clean up data. Please do not attempt to load the current URR csv file to the WSAC Portal. The csv file will be rejected.

If you would like to start working on the clean-up process, the Unit Record Report Processing Guide for 2023-2024<https://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/92436/l/798590-9-2-unit-record-report-processing-business-process-guide> is available in the ctcLink Reference Center.
IMPORTANT: You will not be able to re-map your WCGBridge item type to the correct Award Category WABridge, until the new layout is available in Production.

I will send a follow up of when to expect the new layout in Production once the updates have been approved through college testing.
