Hello -

This issue has been resolved. You may resume processing.

If you ran the Pell Out or DL Out processes between 3:43pm on 10/4 & 12:29pm on 10/7, your file should now be available to download from the server.

There is an issue with FA Processes that generate an outbound file to the server(SFA_COD_OUT). They produce the message "File not open for writing!" in the Message Log for the process and do not generate the file. Examples of impacted processes: Generate Pell Data (PELLOUT) and Generate Direct Loan Data (DLOUT).



Please do not run any additional processes the generate a file. We will send a notification once the issue is resolved.
