Thank you to all who participated in the Just in Time Training Session on Authorization Refresher.

The session recording and the updated slide deck have been posted to the Canvas course CS: FA103 Authorizing and Disbursing Financial Aid.  You can find the recording under the "Additional Resources" module, in the Just in Time Training Session Recordings/Slide Decks  page.  You can also link directly to that canvas page by selecting this link<https://sbctc.instructure.com/courses/1664989/pages/just-in-time-training-session-recordings-slash-slide-decks>, which will direct you to the Just In Time Training Recordings/Slide Decks page in the CS: FA103 Authorizing and Disbursing Financial Aid course.

In the Canvas Course, you can explore topics and/or refresh your memory with previously recorded Fin Aid Training Recordings.  If you have not registered for the course, you will receive an 'access denied' message. You may register for the course(s) at the ctcLink Training Registration page<https://www.sbctc.edu/colleges-staff/it-support/ctclink/ctclink-training-registration.aspx>, but you will need to progress through the entire training course before you are able to access the recording in the Additional Resources module.
