[ctcLinkfinaidsupport] ACTION REQUIRED: Cancel FA Processes and JobSets by 3pm on TODAY May 12th for DG6C Immunization Attestation Conversion

Good morning,

SBCTC will be performing another immunization attestation data conversion TODAY for the remaining DG6C colleges.

The Production environment will be taken offline for the following duration:

  *   9:00pm Thursday, May 12th - 2:00am Friday, May 13th

Recurring FA processes, jobs, and JobSets that run within this timeframe need to be canceled before the Production environment can be taken offline. Please cancel any applicable jobs, processes, and JobSets by 3:00pm TODAY, Thursday May 12th, and email fasuppoer at sbctc.edu<mailto:fasuppoer at sbctc.edu> to let us know that this has been done.  Be sure to make a list of what you have scheduled (and when!) before you cancel them.

** Dual Processing JobSets and the Track Code to Checklist process will not be impacted by this outage and do NOT need to be cancelled.**

Instructions on how to cancel processes and jobs are attached.

After Production comes back online on Friday, May 13th, we will let you know when it is time to reschedule your processes, jobs, and JobSets.

  *   The Campus Solutions and Human Capital Management pillars will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
  *   The Portal and Finance pillars will remain online during the maintenance period.
  *   Admissions (OAAP) and HighPoint Mobile HCX pages will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
  *   Integration between Campus CE and ctcLink will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
  *   Canvas will not be impacted.
